Frequently Asked Questions/Concerns:

 I have purchased my ticket already how do I book my reservation? To make your reservation after already purchasing your ticket you must find an available date that accommodates your schedule.  When booking select the number of guest(s). Choose “Advance Purchase” from the ticket selection. (note: Step 3 is only intended for coupon codes, do not enter your voucher number here, it will not be accepted). Continue to fill out requested information. See photo’s below:


I have a voucher, when I enter my code it doesn’t work. Please read the answer above.

I have booked my reservation, but I did not receive a confirmation. Please email us with the date along with the number of guest you reserved and we will forward your confirmation. If your reservation was not made correctly we will manually reserve your space.

I have tried to call several times and I have not received a call back. We know how frustrating this can be and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our phone hours are Wed-Fri: 8am-5pm; Sat and Sun 8am-11:30am. It is easier to contact us via email.

Can I use my voucher for a private party? Unfortunately, we do not allow private party bookings with a Groupon/Living Social vouchers. Our private party rates are priced lower than our general tickets to accommodate large groups. Please ask for our private party information and we will email it to you.

My ticket is going to expire and I cannot find any available dates, what should I do? We allow you to book a date by your expiration date. (Example: Voucher expires June 1st you make a reservation by June 1st for a July or August date you will be fine.) Also, if you contact us at least 2 weeks before your expiration date we can extend for an additional 30 days. If you make a reservation after your expiration date you will still be allowed to use your voucher for the redeemable dollar amount. You will need to pay the difference of the ticket.

I need to reschedule. If your expiration date has passed, you can reschedule your session for another available date.

My Voucher says “Paint and Wine”, is wine included? Wine is not included at every class. We offer all-inclusive events multiple times a month. 1 glass of wine/or mimosa is included with each purchased ticket we also have special events throughout the year that includes 1 glass of wine/or mimosa. I want to book at your Seal Beach location. Our Seal Beach location is only available on Tuesday’s. Our other locations are within 1-3 miles of Seal Beach and are wonderful as well.
