1. My ticket is going to expire what are my options? If you have purchased your ticket through Groupon, Living Socials or Yelp, please note you need to book a class before your expiration date. (Example: Your ticket is due to expire on September 15th and the only classes available are passed that date, you may book any date that is posted and your ticket will remain valid) If you need an extension please submit a contact us form explaining your situation and we may be able to grant an extension.
  2. What is included with my ticket?  Your ticket is valid for painting fees only. Drinks and food are not included unless you are attending an all inclusive event. Please read class information in the booking section of the class.
  3. When is a good time to make a reservation? The sooner the better, our classes typically book 2 weeks in advance. For larger parties 3 weeks prior is recommended.
  4. Can I BYOB? You can not BYOB unless stated otherwise.
  5. How do I know if my reservation went through? You will receive a confirmation email.
  6. How do I book a private party? What does it include? Please fill out contact us form for more information about our Private Parties. We will send over party package information within 24-48 hours.
  7. How do I reschedule? If you are booked for a class and wish to reschedule please notify us via email no less than 48 hours prior to your reserved class. You will be allowed 1 reschedule with no additional fees.
  8. I have tried calling the phone and have left messages with no call back. We apologize for the inconvenience. It is faster to communicate with us via email.
